Choose a file from your computer using Choose file. This should be either a text based file with a .vtt extension as downloaded from Teams or Zoom, or a Microsoft Word DOCX file from Microsoft Teams/Streams

You may want to enter a time shift value to add to each timestamp (e.g. -10, 1:2:1, or -0:3:4 ), and to filter out phrases of less than 10 characters. Then click Convert and Download to create the converted .txt file
